WISHART PRAISES LOCAL MILLINERS ON 25 YEARS IN BUSINESS

The Scottish National Party’s Mr Pete Wishart MP, Member of Parliament for Perth & North Perthshire, visited local Hat Shop and Milliners, Elegance, to celebrate their 25th anniversary as an independent trader in Perth. The North William Street store has been run as a family business since 1988.

Speaking following his visit Mr Wishart said.

"I want to congratulate Elegance on their 25th birthday and was pleased to pay them a visit to celebrate their ongoing success. Elegance retains traditional millinery skills and is one of the top destinations in Tayside for that special hat.

“Elegance, is a great example of the strength of Perth's independence traders and one of the reasons that attracts so many people to the city of Perth as a shopping destination."
