"In general, everyone was very positive about the progress there has been over the summer months with the formation of the Perth Traders Association.

"There has been a real sense of achievement in the way in which everyone has come together using the individual strengths of all the independent traders in Perth to create a combined identity for the city as a place which is attractive for customers and in which the range of independent businesses is seen as a real bonus."
